If it is determined to be an HP warranty issue, we will begin the process of having your equipment repaired or replaced and we will try find options to keep you printing in the meantime. |

If the problem persists, and your equipment is not under warranty,
your Territory Manager will make arrangements to visit and personally observe the issue. All of our
Territory Managers are qualified support technicians and are able to resolve many minor issues on the spot.
There may be a small charge if simple parts/consummables are involved, or you are not an active customer of Laservalley. You will always be informed in advance if a charge will be incurred. |

In cases where your Territory Manager is unable to properly resolve the issue, the case will be moved to our certified service technicians. If a partial or complete disassembly is required to replace failing parts,
this will either involve bringing your failing equipment into our service department, or booking an on-site servicing.
We pick-up and deliver, and can often provide a loaner printer for free.
Once the issue is fully assessed by one of our Service Technicians, an estimate will be provided. In some cases replacing the failing equipment rather than repairing can be a more cost effective solution. Your Territory Manager will review all PRINTER REPAIR OPTIONS with you first. |
