Support Level 1
LEVEL ONE SUPPORT: Call us at 604-888-7085 or complete the form below and request support. Level one support will connect you with one of our in-house service technicians who will help further diagnose and try to solve your current issue.
Support Level 2
LEVEL TWO SUPPORT: If the problem persists or is too difficult to resolve over the phone, your Territory Manager will be notified and dispatched. All of our Territory Managers are qualified support technicians. They will personally stop by your office and experience the issue first hand. Many minor issues can be resolved on the spot!
Laser Valley customers have not incurred any cost to this point!
Support Level 3
LEVEL THREE SUPPORT: Sometimes the best intentions may still not be enough. In cases where parts are needed and a partial or complete disassembly is required, the case is moved to level three which involves our certified service technicians. Once the issue is assessed, an estimate will be provided. In some cases replacing can be a more cost effective solution. We will review both options with you first.
